1.Semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor

The compressor adopts advanced bilateral asymmetric full arc and its envelope rotor profile, making the compressor highly efficient. The energy adjustment device in the compressor allows a single compressor to adjust the energy steplessly from 30% to 100%. The compressor can start with minimum load.

2.Intellectualized PLC controller with touch-screen

PLC intelligent programming controller can automatically start, stop and adjust energy according to the water chiller's outlet water temperature or remote signal, realizing fully automatic control of the operation process.At the same time, the water chiller is equipped with protection devices such as low suction pressure, high exhaust pressure, ultra-low temperature of refrigerant water, water cutoff, motor overload, motor overheating, power failure, ultra-high exhaust temperature, and low oil pressure difference.

3. The shell and tube condenser and evaporator of  the water chiller adopt high-efficiency heat exchange tubes, which are small in size, light in weight and high in heat exchange efficiency.

Working principle

Relying on ICESTA's strong R&D technical force and 16+ years of industry experience, ICESTA has gained a good reputation and trust in the industry.

The refrigerant flows in the dry evaporator tube, absorbs the heat of the refrigerant outside the tube, and continuously evaporates. When it reaches the evaporator outlet, it all turns into gas and is sucked into the compressor through the return pipe. The compressed gas enters the condenser and is condensed into a saturated liquid with a certain degree of subcooling. The heat released is taken away by the cooling water. The supercooled liquid then passes through a drying filter to remove impurities and moisture. After being throttled by a throttling device, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for recirculation.
