The direct cooling block ice machine is a block ice machine in which the evaporator is made of aluminum alloy, and the refrigerant is directly evaporated and exchanged in the evaporator to make ice without other heat exchange media (such as salt water). Used for aquatic product processing, slaughter processing, vegetable distribution and preservation, supermarket freshness, aquatic product market preservation, marine fishery, etc.
Introduction of direct cooling block ice machine
The Direct Cooling Block ice machine is a new type of highly efficient Block ice machine, different from the traditional Brine cooling, the evaporator (Block ice molds) is made of aluminum alloy, and the refrigerant evaporates and exchanges heat directly in the evaporator to make ice without salt water, thus the machine has long life-span, never rust in the evaporator. The deicing is semi-automatically without any crane and manual harvest to give users most convenience .

The ice crushing speed is fast, it only takes 3-4 seconds to crush 1 piece of ice And the crushed ice particles are uniform. a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.b. 2.Installation & commissioning
A. Installed by customers according to the manuals, online instructions and live video conference of ICESTA.B. Installed by ICESTA engineers.a. ICESTA would arrange 1~3 engineers based on the projects to the installation sites for the final supervision of all installations and commissioning.b. Customers need to provide local accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineers and pay for the commissions. US Dollars 100 per engineer per day.c.
