ICESTA shipped a 50-ton/day flake ice machine on May 15, 2026 for a major Dalian reservoir fish preservation project. Features efficient refrigeration, intelligent control, 24/7 operation, 1.6-2.3mm flake ice, and SS316L/SS304 stainless steel evaporator. On May 15, 2026, ICESTA (Shenzhen Brother Ice System Co., Ltd.) officially delivered its customized 50-ton/day flake ice machine system to a major reservoir project in Dalian. The equipment was loaded and dispatched from the Shenzhen manufacturing base on the same day, poised to provide solid ice supply for fish preservation and cold chain logistics at the reservoir.

This shipment represents another landmark large-scale project undertaken by ICESTA in the Dalian region, further strengthening the company's market presence in Northeast China's water conservancy and aquatic preservation sectors. The system integrates ICESTA's proprietary high-efficiency refrigeration core with an intelligent control module, supporting round-the-clock automated ice production to meet the continuous demands of large-volume applications.
In terms of ice quality, the machine produces flake ice with a consistent thickness of 1.6–2.3mm, featuring dry, flat, and non-abrasive surfaces. When applied to fish preservation, this ice effectively prevents physical damage while maximizing heat exchange efficiency, significantly slowing freshness deterioration. The evaporator contact surface is constructed from SS316L or SS304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and rust resistance, making it particularly suitable for high-humidity and high-salinity aquatic environments..
