* Project description:
1) 50ton per day Seawater ( 316L stainless steel) flake ice plants (include 2 X 25Ton ice flake machine) fit in 40HQ shipping container, Piston BITZER Compressors.
2) 100ton ice storage room with ice raker system, all the hoist and ice raker system is of complete stainless steel to avoid rust and corrosion.
3) Automatic ice delivery system include horizontal screw conveyor & 10m slant ice screw conveyor,the workers pack the ice from the ice outlet and the truck harvest the ice bags for distributing to different fishery customers ,some ice for seafood processing, some for ocean fishing.
* Project Characteristics:
1. ICESTA factory has completed all the installation and commissioning of the system in the container after full testing. Just need to install the containers on site and make the pipeline connection, water and power supply. which is quite efficient and convenient.
2. Touch screen intelligent control system, all water intake, ice making, ice storage, fully automatic operation, monitoring the scene through the camera, computer, mobile phone terminal visual operation.
3. Remote Modular Master system .With wifi or internet wire, could control the system by phone or PC in office or anywhere.
