③2 heads screw weighing device: Automatic weighing target weight and filling into bags;

④ 720 basic packer: Forming bags, sealing, packing, printing date in one operation;

⑤Finished bags conveyor:Conveying finished bags output.

Bag former description:

Remarks: our packing machine has included one set of forming tube for one type of bag size. Because the diameter of the tube decides the bag width.so when clients have more bag sizes, They need to buy extra forming tubes for the unique bag width. Bag length can be adjustable.

Example A: clients request 100mm bag width and 150mm bag width. Need 2 sets of bag formers.

2. Two heads screw weighing device

Technical Advantages:

1. Screw weighing is driven by stepper motor drivers to reach the goal of metering and filling material. Have advantage of sensitive operation , quick measuring ,high precision and stable performance. Sanitation with 304 stainless steel construction.
