Fresh and live commodities, as the name suggests, should be always "fresh".So keeping fresh is crucial to fresh and live commodities. For example, the minimum area of 1000 Kg flake ice is 1,579 square meters, while ice of same quantity in the other types provides only 395 to 1294 square meters contacting area.
