Needs Assessment
Dalian is a key fishery hub in China, with well-developed aquaculture and harvesting operations. A major reservoir in the area serves multiple purposes including irrigation, water supply, and power generation. As fishery output continues to grow, the demand for high-quality ice for post-harvest fish preservation has become increasingly urgent. To protect fish quality, extend shelf life, and improve overall economic returns, the project owner conducted extensive research and decided to procure a large-capacity, highly reliable flake ice machine system.
